  • butter (130 grams)

  1. First you need to grind the nuts and cookies. You can do this manually or with a blender.

  3. Whisk the eggs, salt, vanilla sugar with the mixer to a homogeneous consistency. Then add melted butter (which has cooled down) and curd. As you have already understood, you need to mix this curd mass.
  4. While someone is stirring, another person can rub the lemon peel and squeeze the juice from 1 lemon.
